Kodia works across three official Swiss ambulatory billing catalogs: TARDOC (fee-for-service tariff for outpatient medical care), ambulatory forfaits (bundled payment tariffs), and ICD-10-GM (diagnosis classification codes). You can browse all three directories for free without registration.

No. Kodia supports coding and billing review by surfacing referenced information and structured findings. Final validation, coding decisions, and billing responsibility remain with the healthcare organization. Kodia is designed to assist professional judgement, not replace it.

No clinical content is stored by default. Kodia Chat queries are processed in real time and discarded. Only account information, referenced code IDs, and audit logs are retained. Chat history sync is available as an opt-in feature with explicit consent under FADP. For Kodia Audit, data handling is defined as part of the pilot scope.

Kodia's application and database are hosted in Switzerland. To generate answers, queries are processed by our AI subprocessor in the EU (without storage). Only referenced codes and audit logs are stored — in Switzerland. Kodia operates under Swiss jurisdiction.
